David serves as the firm’s strategic lead, bringing a powerful intellectual foundation to every engagement. Holding dual degrees in Philosophy and Economics, he specializes in bridging theoretical rigor with real-world application. His areas of expertise include financial analysis, legal-economic frameworks, and regulatory strategy, shaped by both academic research and frontline experience.
Prior to co-founding Carmenati LLC, David worked in a high-volume legal environment, managing hundreds of cases and developing a robust understanding of procedural dynamics and institutional systems. His strategic insight, critical thinking, and bilingual capabilities position him as a trusted advisor to clients navigating complex decision-making landscapes.
Magdel Carmenate

Magdel leads the firm’s client services and operational execution. A trained Political Scientist, he brings a disciplined, people-focused approach to consulting—ensuring that strategies are not only sound on paper, but executable in practice. His background in both law and customer-facing roles gives him a unique ability to manage client relationships, streamline processes, and deliver consistent results.
Magdel’s leadership is marked by a pragmatic mindset, strong communication skills, and deep empathy for client needs. Fluent in English and Spanish, he plays a key role in shaping the firm’s bilingual service offerings and building long-term relationships across diverse communities.
